Liechtenstein supports the “All Survivors Project” (ASP) in 2024 with a contribution of CHF 100,000. ASP is considered a pioneering project for recording gender-specific violence in conflict situations.
ASP focuses in particular on victims of sexual violence against men and boys. ASP is currently concentrating on strengthening medical care and access to justice. In this regard, ASP also works closely with the Office of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict. ASP further supports the development of guidelines and training materials for NATO practitioners. ASP is organized as a non-profit foundation under Liechtenstein law. The findings from ASP's work are made available to the international community in order to close gaps in the protection against sexual and gender-based violence. In principle, there is hardly any research work and only a few programs and assistance services that address the specific needs of male victims.
