GDL provision in industries outside the jurisdiction of the Office of National Economy
In particular, in the following other industries, market access and the performance of activities are not supervised by the Office of National Economy (AVW). Accordingly, the cross-border provision of services (GDL) is not to be reported to the AVW, but to the competent body.
