International thresholds
According to Art. 33 para. 1 ÖAWSG, depending on the appropriateness, the open procedure, restricted procedure, negotiated procedure, competitive dialogue or innovation partnership can be applied.
It should be noted that in the area of international thresholds, there is the procedure of direct award does not exist and accordingly in any case at least one negotiation procedure must be carried out.
The international thresholds for contracting "sectors-companies" are set out in the announcement of thresholds defined in the award of public contracts in the sectors.
