Legal Division

The Legal Division is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Preparation of guidelines, directives and other general regulations of the Office of Education
  • Processing complaints
  • Processing of or advice in connection with documents (laws, regulations)
  • Dealing with legal issues from school management, teachers and parents
  • Conducting training courses
  • Coordination in the area of recognition of professional qualifications (participation in EFTA working group, observer in EU bodies)
  • Advising foundation boards (art school, music school) on legal issues
