Process types and methods

According to the Articles 21 to 26 of the Public Procurement Act or the Articles 33 to 37 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Sectors and the Articles 22 to 28a of the Ordinance on Public Procurement or the Articles 27 to 33b of the Ordinance on Public Procurement in the Field of Sectors, there are the following six types of procedures:

Direct award

Negotiated procedure

Open procedure

Not open procedure

Competitive dialogue

Innovation partnership

as well as the following methods to award public contracts:

Dynamic Procurement System;

Framework Agreement;

electronic auction, and

electronic catalog
