Limitation of disclosure
The Office of Justice may limit disclosure to domestic persons subject to due diligence and third parties at the request of a legal entity if the legal entity proves that, considering all circumstances of the individual case, the interests of the beneficial owner requiring protection prevail and thus oppose the disclosure.
The original of the application for limitation of disclosure must be submitted to the Office of Justice using the corresponding official form.
