Are gambling machines allowed to be set up in restaurants?
No. The installation and operation of slot machines outside licensed casinos is prohibited.
May be offered in restaurants online sports betting?
No. Online gambling may only be conducted in the private sector or in licensed casinos. Accordingly, it is not possible for a hospitality business to obtain a license to hold online gambling.
Can I organize a poker tournament in a pub or other publicly accessible premises?
No.
Am I allowed to operate skill-based slot machines in a kiosk or restaurant?
Skill-based slot machines are not permitted outside of licensed casinos.
