eLohnausweis / eLohnlisten

From 01.01.2025, legal entities must submit their wage tax lists to the Fiscal Authority electronically using the "eLohnausweis / eLohnlisten" application

Until further notice, please use form 8 from the online counter for the settlement of withholding tax on attendance fees, board compensation, etc.

eWage statement

This application is suitable for employers without their own payroll software processing. It can be used to generate wage statements for company employees and payrolls. The payslips can be submitted electronically directly to the Fiscal Authority.

Data that has already been recorded and saved can be retrieved at any time.

Only whole franc amounts are to be entered on the salary statement form. Exception: centimes can also be entered for the withholding tax deduction (item 12).

 

ePayrolls

This application is suitable for employers who submit payroll data as a file

NEW: Import Excel
It is now possible to import the salary data to be submitted from an Excel file. You can export an Excel file from your payroll system or create it manually. To do this, the Excel file to be imported must meet the required specifications.

Import XML (Only for employers who have already submitted the previous years a XML!)
For employers who already have a customized payroll software (with the option of directly creating an XML file that meets the requirements), nothing will change. You can submit your XML file as before.
