Limited partnership
The limited partnership is an association of two or more partners for an economic or non-economic purpose, whereby at least one partner is liable as a unlimited partner (general partner) and one or more are limited partners (limited partners) liable with a certain maximum amount (limited liability sum). The limited partnership is not a legal entity, nevertheless, the limited partnership can sue and can be sued.
The limited partnership must be entered in the commercial register.
