The placement of advertising signage in the area of roads requires a permit/order from the Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation (ATG).
The basis for street advertising is Art. 87 to Art. 90 of the Strassenensignalisationsverordnung (SSV). The application street advertising must be submitted to the ATG with the appropriate enclosures
