Beyond these thresholds, public contracts are subject to the provisions of the Article 22, Paragraph 1 ÖAWG), depending on their appropriateness, in the open or restricted procedure. Exceptional provisions for the permissible application of the negotiated procedure are contained in Article 24 of the Ordinance on Public Procurement.
