Self-help group after abortion

Have you had an abortion? Many women are affected by this and many feel alone. The self-help group offers you the opportunity to talk about your experiences and the feelings associated with them in an appreciative, non-judgemental and protected environment. Whether the experience happened a while ago or only recently, women can talk about their experiences and feelings in the group. Topics such as "What thoughts and feelings did you have then and now?" or "How have you integrated the experience into your life?" can be explored together.

The location and dates of the meetings will be communicated after personal contact.

Only participants who have already had an abortion will be accepted. The group is accompanied and moderated by a loss and grief counselor.
