Structural bridge maintenance

Civil engineering structures  are particularly exposed points in the road network. Since the user of the road rightly expects permanent trafficability, the engineering structures must be under continuous surveillance and maintenance in such a way that traffic safety is guaranteed at all times. It is in the interest of the national administration to detect damage at an early stage by monitoring the engineering structures and to optimally extend the service life of the structures through professional maintenance.

Road maintenance, i.e. the repair of minor superficial damage, cleaning and maintenance of protective and signaling equipment and drainage systems, is carried out by the loperation centers.

Building maintenance is carried out by suitable companies under the direction of the  operation centres on the basis of the findings made during monitoring.
