Employer
Every Liechtenstein employer is obligated to provide insurance coverage for its employees against both occupational and non-occupational accidents, as well as occupational diseases.
Compulsory and voluntary insurance, in accordance with the Law on Compulsory Accident Insurance, is conducted by insurers registered in the register of authorized insurers in Liechtenstein for compulsory accident insurance. Employers have the freedom to choose from among these insurers.
