Statements on the reference offer for physical network access (M4)

On 7 August 2012, the Office for Communications began public consultation on LKW's revised reference offer for physical access to network infrastructure. The Office for Communications received commenting statements from seven telecommunications operators. Telecom Liechtenstein AG was granted an extension of the deadline until 24 September. All statements were received within an open deadline.

The statements from TON Total Optical Networks AG and Telecom Liechtenstein AG relate to the entire reference offer, including the parts ULL, CATV and Collocation (TAL Kupfer, CATV, Kollokation). The submissions of QualityNet AG and Supranet AG comment on ULL and Collocation. The three other operators Mobilkom Liechtenstein AG, TV-COM AG and Newsnet Internet Services refer to the statements of the first mentioned operators.
