Do you suspect that an animal husbandry violates animal welfare regulations? Or have you observed the disregard of animal welfare regulations?
To do this, fill out the Animal Welfare Report .
The information in the notification form is an important basis for further clarification. The Food and Veterinary Office subsequently carries out any necessary checks and initiates any necessary measures.
For reasons of official secrecy, the reporting persons cannot be provided with details of controls carried out and measures taken.
