Pollutant Register
The publicly available Pollutant Release and Transfer Register provides information on releases of pollutants and transfers of wastes from operations and from diffuse sources.
In Register you can search for establishments whose annual pollutant emissions are above a certain, internationally defined threshold. You can narrow your query by operational criteria and by pollutants or waste treatment.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the register is Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of January 18, 2006, concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.
