Administrative process for incorporation of health professions companies
The following is the process for the incorporation of health professions companies:
- Submit application form with all required enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
- Review of the submitted documents by the Office of Public Health.
- If everything complies with the requirements, a certificate is issued to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register Devision, as well as to the applicant.
- Formation of the company and entry in the Commercial Register.
- Submission of proof of entry in the Commercial Register (extract from the Commercial Register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
- Preparation of a fee order and entry in the list of health profession companies by the Office of Public Health.
- Fees for registration in the list of health profession companies: 1,700 francs.
