Public consultation on the wholesale offer Bit-Stream-3 of Telecom Liechtenstein AG

Telecom Liechtenstein AG has submitted to the Office for Communications the wholesale offer Bit-Stream-3 below, which falls under the regulated market "Broadband access for wholesale customers" (M5) and is to be approved due to decreed wholesale obligations.

The Office for Communications is now reviewing the draft offer and conducting a public consultation. Pursuant to Art. 46 of the Communications Act, interested parties concerned have the opportunity to submit comments as part of the consultation. Should you be interested in doing so, we look forward to receiving your statement.
