Persons under 14 years
Children and adolescents under the age of 14 have received a dossier to which they themselves and also their parents currently have no access.
It is expected that in the summer, access rights to these dossiers will be automatically transferred to the parents registered in the Central Administration of Persons of the State Administration (deputization).
Until then, an objection for under-14s can be exercised directly by a parent via the I want to exercise the right to object or selected participant rights as a proxy application form.
It is not necessary to submit a proxy set-up form in advance in these cases.
