eDelivery (ePostPlus)

Note: Trusted representatives can immediately assign representation authorisations for eDelivery in the basic eVertretung service. Access for companies to the ePostPlus solution via eVertretung will be possible from 02.12.2024.

General

Liechtensteinische Post AG guarantees the Liechtenstein National Administration with the electronic delivery service ePostPlus electronic delivery within the meaning of Art. 30b and 30c of the Service of Documents Act, LGBI 2008 No. 331.

The electronic delivery service ePostPlus is used for the secure exchange of documents via the Internet, the primary functions of which include secure delivery, guaranteed and verifiable transmission and the possibility of feedback on the delivery status to the sender.

Liechtensteinische Post AG fulfils the necessary technical and organizational requirements in this regard with the electronic delivery service ePostPlus in accordance with Art. 3b of the Delivery Ordinance, LGBI 2008 No. 349.

In accordance with E-GovG Art. 5, the Liechtenstein National Administration is obliged to communicate electronically in the following cases:

 

  1. In business transactions between public authorities and between public authorities and companies, communication takes place electronically.
  2. Public authorities are obliged to communicate electronically with natural persons, provided they have consented to electronic communication. The provisions of the Service of Documents Act remain reserved.The government regulates the exceptions to the obligation to communicate electronically by ordinance.

    Prerequisites

    • Valid eID.li of the natural person (and representative persons of companies)
    • Activation of the companies in the eRepresentation 

    Consignment types

    There are two different digital broadcast types:

    • Simple consignment (without delivery and collection confirmation)
    • Official consignment (with delivery and collection confirmation)
