Self-employed service providers and posted workers must report services of more than 8 days per quarter to the Migration and Passport Office. Up to 90 days

Services lasting more than 90 days require a permit in all cases. Authorizations will only be issued to service providers from Switzerland if the economic interest can be proven. For service providers headquartered in the canton of St. Gallen or Graubünden, proof of economic interest will only be checked from the 121st day.
