European Company
The European Company SE (Societas Europaea) is a supranational legal form for companies that allows to run their business in different European countries.
The SE is a legal entity with its own legal name, whose pre-determined capital is divided into shares and for whose liabilities only the company's assets are liable.
The SE must be registered in the Commercial Register.
