Collective report GDL
Upon request, the Office of Economic Affairs (OEA) checks whether the requirements for a collective notification are met. It will inform the applicant of the result in writing.

This written notification and other application documents can be used to apply for an annual permit for one calendar year from the Migration and Passport Office (APA). The following application documents must be submitted to the APA at least 14 days before the start of service provision:
for nationals of an EEA member state:For Swiss nationals:
- AVW confirmation of admission for collective declaration
- Application form
- Copy of the valid passport or valid ID
For third-country nationals:
- AVW confirmation of admission for collective declaration
- Application form
- Copy of the valid passport
- Copy of the permanent residence permit from CH or EEA
For Liechtenstein nationals or foreign persons with residence in FL:
The APA examines the application for an annual permit and issues a GDL permit in paper form, provided that the requirements under the provisions of the Freedom of Movement of Persons Act are met.
Electronic notification is not required for posted employees with an annual GDL permit. This also applies to other assignments of an employee that are not part of the collective notification to the AVW.
