Data protection notice
In the following, we, the Staff Unit EEA, as the responsible body, inform you in accordance with Art. 13 and Art. 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the manner and background of the processing of your personal data in connection with our activities. The following information applies equally to all persons affected by the data processing.
The primary purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill the mission for which we are responsible. This includes:

The following personal data are collected, recorded and processed in the course of our activities: First name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail, profession (possibly also documents sent voluntarily, such as CV, certificates, etc.).
If the data is not collected from you personally, the information on personal data originates from other official offices of the Liechtenstein National Administration.
We transmit their data to other public offices only in cases prescribed and permitted by law.
The storage period for data processing is based on special legal requirements regarding retention periods or the Archiving Act. Once the purpose of the data processing has been achieved and there are no legal retention periods that prevent the destruction of your data, the personal data will generally be added to the respective deletion concept.
