Anxiety self-help group

We are a self-help group for people for whom anxiety and panic has become a problem/issue. That's why we want to support each other through self-help and learn to understand our anxiety and panic in order to overcome them.

We would like to address people who are affected by an anxiety illness/anxiety disorder, suffer from their illness/suffering from it and are willing to become active themselves in order to work on it together with other affected people.

We also see ourselves as a new point of reference for people who have fled into isolation due to their anxiety disorder - and now want to try to break this vicious circle.

All those affected are welcome to attend our regular meetings.

The self-help group meets every 1st Monday of the month at 6 p.m. in Bregenz.
