Loss driver's license
The driver's license or learner's permit is an official document that is registered in various systems.
If you lose one of these cards, you must report the loss to the Road Traffic Office before you can apply for a new card.

If a blue or foreign driver's license has been lost, the respective exchange form must also be completed:
