Premiums
The premiums for mandatory insurance covering occupational accidents and diseases are the responsibility of the employer, whereas those for compulsory non-occupational accident insurance are shouldered by the insured individual. The employer deducts the portion of premiums related to non-occupational accident insurance from the employee's salary and remits it to the insurance company.
Minimum Premium
For annual payroll amounts below CHF 10,000, a minimum premium of CHF 100 per line of insurance is applicable.
