Permit for publications of geodata

Authorization

According to The Fees Ordinance of August 30, 2011 the publication of data from the Spatial Data Infrastructure or products derived from it is subject to authorization from a size of A5. In particular, publication is considered to be:

• Production and distribution of local maps
• Publication of place plans on the Internet
• Reproduction in books, newspapers, brochures
• Dissemination via CDs

The authorization for the reproduction itself is not subject to a fee. The user fees for the data reference, on the other hand, will be charged to you at the time of data output.

Reproduction Permit Application

Permission to reproduce data, plans and maps from the spatial data infrastructure is granted by the Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation . To apply for the reproduction of data, use the form: Reproduction of geodata of the country:Application for publication.

The following notice must be clearly visible on all published copies - regardless of whether a permit is required:

"basic map: Office of Civil Engineering and Geoinformation"
