Goals of LiVE

With the LiVE program, the National Administration Lichtenstein implements a principle of digital first in records management. Paper is only processed and retained in defined exceptional cases and otherwise regarded as a working copy.

We follow the principles of transparency, expediency and legal compliance in digital records management.

Goals of LiVE

• Legal compliance through systematic records management. Ensuring transparency and traceability of administrative actions. Ensuring the protection of sensitive data in accordance with the legal basis.
• Strengthening the quality of management through reliable, authentic, integre and usable information. Preservation of internal knowledge.

• Gain efficiency in the daily handling of information and documents. The handling of records must be expedient and economical. Uniformity, rules and procedures according to policy and consideration of lifecycle.

• Simplified cooperation between offices of the National Administration in terms of the implementation of the e-government law.

• Use of a single software for records management in the National Administration.
