Court of Justice of the European Union
The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), based in Luxembourg, is the judicial body of the European Union and, in cooperation with the Courts of the Member States, watches over the uniform application and interpretation of Union law. It is composed of one judge from each EU member state.
