Psychosocial risks
The Labor Code requires employers to take the necessary measures to protect the personal integrity of employees. Violations of personal integrity include, for example, all forms of discrimination based on race, religion or gender, such as sexual harassment, as well as the threat and use of physical and psychological violence, such as mobbing. Such violations of personality impair the working atmosphere as well as performance and can lead to health disorders. The most important preventive measure is a clear position on the part of management, which advocates respectful treatment and ensures that it is clear who employees can turn to for support in the event of incidents or conflicts.
