contracting authorities in the sectors award contracts above International thresholds and below National Thresholds by open procedure, restricted procedure, negotiated procedure, competitive dialogue or innovation partnership as appropriate (Article 33 (1) ÖAWSG). Accordingly, no clear threshold values can be assigned to the individual procedures.
