On October 29, Ambassador Isabel Frommelt exchanged the instruments of ratification of the DTA Amendment Protocol with Mr. Kurt Georg Stöckl-Stillfried of the German Foreign Office.
With the amending protocol, the DTA between Liechtenstein and Germany will be adapted to the minimum standards of the BEPS project (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) and, in particular, a BEPS-compliant anti-abuse provision will be introduced.
