Estimate
The Financial Affairs Unit prepares the draft of the national budget for the coming year in coordination with all official departments. The estimate includes the expenses and income of the national account and is divided into the income statement and the investment account.
The draft budget for the following year is submitted by the Government to Parliament as the holder of financial sovereignty. The latter decides on the budget and establishes it by financial law.
