Who are the client "sector companies"?

Contracting entities in the sectors are those operating in the water, Energy, transport and postal services sectors, provided that they carry out activities within the meaning of Art. 5 to 7 of the Public Procurement Act in the sectors. This includes, for example

  • the Principality of Liechtenstein
  • the municipalities
  • bodies governed by public law and public enterprises,
  • the Liechtensteiner Unterland Water Supply WLU,
  • the Group Water Supply Liechtensteiner Oberland GWO,
  • liechtensteinische Kraftwerke LKW,
  • the Liechtenstein Gas Supply LGV,
  • the transportation company Liechtenstein Mobil,
  • liechtensteinische Post AG and
  • bergbahnen Malbun AG.
