Electronic catalog
The contracting authorities may stipulate that tenders must be submitted in the form of an electronic catalog or include an electronic catalog if electronic means of communication are mandatory. Further, supplementary documents may be attached to these tenders. The electronic catalog must meet the requirements for electronic means of communication and other provisions specified by the contracting authority. The electronic catalog may also be used when concluding framework agreements and for contracts to be awarded on the basis of a dynamic procurement system(Article 25d ÖAWG and Article 36d ÖAWSG). The other provisions are regulated in Art. 28c ÖAWV and Art. 33c ÖAWSV.
