AD(H)S self-help group
If you have ADHD (ADD or the mixed form) yourself and would like to talk, come along. Whether diagnosed or suspected. Even if you know someone who has ADHD, e.g. your child, your partner or a friend, and you want to know more about it.
We are the right place for you if you want to talk informally about your everyday life, your experiences and your challenges. In our group, you don't have to explain that AD(H)S really exists or justify it.
We meet every 2nd Sunday of the month at 7.00 pm in Feldkirch.
