Support group for depression

Sometimes you are alone with your thoughts, feeling sad and anxious at the same time. You brood at night and are tired and exhausted the next morning. But everyday life takes no notice; you have to perform, you are challenged every day, even when you can no longer.

How about meeting up with people who are in the same boat? Just talk without being lumped together in a pot of prejudice. Everyone is welcome and you can simply exchange ideas. How you're feeling and what's going on inside you. Is that something for you? Then come to the depression support group.

The meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month during a walk at the Golfclub Gams-Werdenberg parking lot, Haagerstrasse 523, 9473 Gams, 18.30 - 20.00 hrs.
