Law
The following tasks fall within the scope of responsibility of the Legal Service:
- Preparation of policies, directives, and other general regulations of the Board of Education
- Processing of complaints
- Processing of or advice in connection with templates (laws, regulations)
- Processing legal questions from school administrators, teachers and parents
- Conducting training
- Coordination in the field of recognition of professional qualifications (participation in EFTA working group, observer in EU bodies)
- Advising boards of trustees (art school, music school) on legal issues
