The scope of practice includes manual treatment of the skeleton, vessels, muscles, and internal organs to remove blockages and restrictions of the body systems, as well as the preparation of osteopathic reports.
Professional Qualification/further training
The professional qualification for the practice of osteopathy is possessed by those who have successfully passed the intercantonal examination for osteopathy in Switzerland or who present a degree from a recognized bachelor's degree program in osteopathy.
